For our first Cape Town vacation, we chose the CUBE Guest House and what can we say - we are absolutely thrilled. Even before our arrival, Dirk was there to help us with advice and assistance and helped us with organizational matters. From the moment we arrived at the CUBE, we felt welcome and safe. The entire Guest House is in excellent condition and each of the rooms has its own charm. The outdoor area is meticulously maintained and invites you to relax. It is an almost magical place. The breakfast is a solid 10/10 with a huge selection of fresh fruits, avocado, rolls, eggs and everything your heart desires. Should there still be any wishes, you can simply express them and they will be taken care of promptly. The six nights unfortunately passed far too quickly, but I am sure that we will come back again. Thank you for the great time!

We stumbled upon it by chance and were simply thrilled. Great location, super rooms, spacious bathroom, great shower, the view... a dream. Breakfast on the terrace for everyone at the big table like in a large family, Taku, the manager, is super friendly, always in a good mood and always helpful. Once again we had a wonderful time at the Cube. The Cube immediately becomes a second home where you feel completely at ease, not least because of the obliging friendliness of the hosts. A very special extra, which we have been able to benefit from repeatedly, is that Dirk Engelmann, upon request, suggests and reserves daily activities, meal suggestions and also accommodation for round trips. We have discovered places and restaurants that we would never have found ourselves.

Quiet oasis with great ambiance and well-kept garden. Very nice staff and great breakfast. In the evening, a glass of wine in the living room with a great view. Hout Bay is away from the hustle and bustle, but a great starting point to reach everything.
